Located in a dead end backstreet of Hepburn Springs hidden from the main tourist strip. We served the kind of food and wine that we loved to eat and drink on our days off.
Serving a daily changing ‘prix fixe’ four course menu, of 8 to 10 items that allows us to pursue our passion for seasonality and sustainability. We have formed great relationships with many of the local small scale regenerative producers who supply us with much of our fruit, vegetables, dairy, eggs and meats and are essential to our restaurant and the food we make.
Our wine and beverage offering also leans towards the small scale, regenerative and local.
