Excellent! We began our stay at the beginning of a VIC lockdown which was a stressful circumstance. The Dayget staff were very friendly and always available for any questions we had. We were well informed and communicated about the situation we were in, which was assuring.

Very straightforward. We just need maybe to get the details on how to access the property probably earlier on the day rather than at 3pm on the dot, unless of course it’s not safe to do so .

Thanks for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay! We send access details 24 hours prior to arrival with address etc and then the actual keycode to collect the key at the check-in time of 3pm.

Very friendly service when I’ve had to call, super easy online booking and the check in/put process is very well communicated via text. It’s almost a shame not seeing anyone in person but definitely no complaints about the efficiency of the process.

Fantastic to deal with. With ongoing covid restrictions, the Dayget team made it a breeze to rebook. I didn’t need to call when restrictions were imposed, the team has already sorted emails to allow rebooking or credit notes.
