The property accommodates up to ten people, with multiple living spaces to gather or retreat to for some quiet time. The main homestead sleeps six over three bedrooms, whilst within the footprint of the homestead, the gorgeous two-bedroom, Lemon Tree Apartment is fully self-contained and has a private side garden.
The property has over 1000 apple trees located in different orchards on the property and the apples are blended to produce an award-winning cider.
Just fifteen minutes from Ballarat at the gateway to the Pyrenees region, you will be surrounded by manicured gardens, there is serenity everywhere and you will fall in love with the country air and peace and quiet.

There is a caretakers cottage at the entrance to the property. This is a private dwelling rented separately from the Homestead.
The owner will meet you onsite the day of your arrival.
For people travelling with children please note there is a large dam at the property. It is unsuitable for swimming.
Check-in time is between 3.00-4.00pm. The owner will meet you at the property to provide access and information about the property. If you require a later check-in, please contact the owner on the day to arrange this with them directly.
