For the kids and kids at heart these is also a Nintendo WII U console perfect for rainy day fun!

A large dining area and fully appointed country kitchen and casual lounge/tv area is surrounded by French doors and windows - which take full advantage of the lovely garden view, and provide an abundance of natural light. The sun porch also offers another lovely space to sit and relax. A separate outdoor area with BBQ leads from the main lounge and is complimented by a children's cubby house in one of the majestic trees on the property.
