Furniture is oversized with a focus on sophisticated comfort. Large timber double doors open to the wrap-around verandas draw in the picturesque natural surrounds over the farmland of Newlyn.

A double-height void with an impressive 6m high ceiling houses the main living area. This handsome room features doors that access the deck, a large L shaped couch, TV, and 1m wood fireplace, perfect for every season. Wide planked French oak floorboards flow from this space into the kitchen and dining areas.

The large and beautiful kitchen features a freestanding SMEG oven, heaps of bench space including a 3m island, a butlers pantry, and timeless aged brass tapware, perfect for entertaining in style.

All four bedrooms are generous and have lovely vistas and ample hanging space for longer stays. The master bedroom is a truly private realm and features a TV, walk-in robe, and ensuite with a double shower and freestanding stone bath. 100% wool looped carpet flows from the bedrooms and into the moody snug, where you can retreat to when the kids have gone to bed, or you want to retire to enjoy a movie or 'me' time with a good book and a glass of wine.

There is plenty to do in and about Daylesford, Creswick, or Ballarat, but really there is not much need to leave the house. With a stocked fridge and pantry, you really can bunker down and enjoy the space of the home. Days spent in the living area huddled on the couch by the roaring fire are the perfect antidote to stress and our busy lives.
