A beautiful , comfortable , well appointed and peaceful space to spend time with friends. A short walk from town , but far enough to be quiet , with plenty of parking space. The warmth of heating as well as the pleasure of an open fire. Lovely fluffy towels and scrupulously clean bathrooms. Cosy sitting rooms and all you need in the way of cutlery and kitchen implements. We had the most lovely weekend and can’t wait to come back next year.

The Boatshed House was beautifully appointed with generous sized rooms, king beds that could be split to accomadate the 8 of us on a girls weekend, 3 fantastic bathrooms, again great for our group, and situated right on the Lake for morning walks and an easy walk into town. We visited in winter but I can imagine enjoying a glass of wine while sitting out on the decks in summer .

The house is within easy walking distance of the lakes and has a lovely view from the balcony of the water. Its was most relaxing sitting on the balcony watching the glimmering waters and watching the setting sun. The house is tastefully decorated and the bedrooms are a good size.
